Note that Guild Membership is required in order to participate in our volunteer activities.

Symphony Gift Shop
Work with other Guild members as a Sales Volunteer before a concert, during intermission, and for one half-hour after the concert. A ticket for the performance is provided for each volunteer signed up to work a concert.
Lunch for the Orchestra
Help prepare and serve lunch for orchestra members at Boettcher Hall on “all-day-rehearsal” days. A great way to meet the musicians!
Host a Chapter Meeting
Sign up to host a meeting in your home or provide refreshments at a chapter meeting.
Write an Article for The Symphonia
This quarterly publication features news about the Guild and the orchestra and articles of general interest to the membership.
Plan a Fundraising Event
These events and parties, both large and small, are a major source of the Guild’s financial contributions to the Symphony.
Organize a New Guild Chapter
It takes only twelve members to create a new chapter, which can make Guild participation more available to new members.
Help Maintain the Guild’s Website
Assist in graphic design, respond to inquiries received via the site or keep the calendar of events up to date.
Assist the Symphony Administration on Special Projects
A variety of opportunities to assist on projects and activities arise during the year.
